6 steps to “made-to-order” business plan
Preliminary online meeting
We will explain our procedures and answer any questions you may have.
NDA contract and administrative procedures
If you decide to move forward, we will create an NDA contract. Since any business plan is likely to include confidential information, we will sign NDA contract to protect such information. By using e-signature, NDA can be signed in a few hours. After NDA being signed, we will issue a quote via email. We ask for advanced payments to be made at this step. The payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card, and we will schedule an interview upon the payment.
Online Interview
The interview will be conducted via our video conferencing system at the arranged time. The interview will last approximately two hours. We will mainly ask about business overview, background, business model, strengths and opportunities, industry environment, and business forecasts.
Preparing a business plan
We will prepare a business plan based on the information obtained at the interview. The business plan is usually completed in 20 business days; however, it may vary (shorten or longer) depending on the request and situation.
Review meeting
We will have another online meeting to walkthrough the business plan and modify it based on the discussion.
Deliverable
We will deliver final business plan in ppt, pdf, and excel format. We will revise the business plan after the final delivery upon request (three revisions maximum).
